What are Bandie rings made from?
Bandie rings are made from high quality, flexible silicone designed for everyday wear. They are lightweight, comfortable, and built to move with you through work, training and daily life.
Are Bandie rings safe for work and the gym?
Bandie rings are designed as a safer alternative to traditional metal rings for hands on work and active lifestyles. That said, they are not safety devices and shouldn’t replace proper workplace safety practices.

How do I choose the right size?
We use a millimetre sizing system (15mm, 16mm, 17mm, etc.) for a more accurate fit across styles.
We recommend measuring an existing ring or using our size guide before ordering. If you’re between sizes, sizing up is usually more comfortable.
Do different styles fit differently?
Yes. Some styles are slimmer and designed for stacking, while others have a wider, everyday fit.
Each product page notes whether a ring is a Slim Fit or Everyday Fit to help you choose what feels best.
Can I wear my Bandie ring all day?
Yes! Bandie rings are designed to be worn all day, every day. They’re comfortable enough for long shifts and durable enough for active use.
That said, we recommend removing your ring occasionally to clean and dry both the ring and your finger.
Can I stack or mix styles?
Definitely. Many of our rings are designed to be worn alone or stacked. Mixing colours and styles is part of what makes Bandie personal.
Do you offer bundles?
Yes. We offer curated bundles designed for different lifestyles, routines and moments. Bundles give you more flexibility and better value than buying rings individually.
Why bundle?
Because life changes day to day. Bundles give you options; one for work, one for training, one to rotate or keep as a spare....without having to think twice.
What if I order the wrong size?
We offer size exchanges on unworn rings, subject to stock availability. Rings must be unused and in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return postage. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Do you offer refunds?
We don’t offer refunds for change of mind.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we’ll happily offer a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
To report a faulty item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Australia typically takes 3-10 business days, depending on your location.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Do you ship to New Zealand?
Yes! We proudly ship to both Australia and New Zealand.
How do I care for my Bandie ring?
Wash your ring occasionally with warm water and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals, and make sure it’s dry before wearing again.
