Products & Use

Bandie products are made from silicone and are intended as an alternative to traditional metal rings.

Our products are designed for comfort and everyday wear, however individual use and environments vary. Bandie does not guarantee suitability for specific activities, workplaces, or conditions. Customers are responsible for determining whether our products are appropriate for their personal use.

Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of incorrect pricing, stock availability issues, or suspected misuse of the site.

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control. Bandie is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers once an order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Returns & Exchanges

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Size exchanges may be available on unworn items, subject to stock availability. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Sale items, clearance items, and promotional or custom bundles are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Limitation of Liability
