We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 AUD.

How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.
What if my order is delayed?
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Once your order has left us, delays caused by postal carriers are outside our control, but if something doesn’t look right, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
What if my item is faulty or damaged?
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we’ll happily offer a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Can I exchange my ring for a different size?
Yes. We offer size exchanges on unworn rings, subject to stock availability.
Conditions:

Rings must be unused and in original packaging

Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return postage

What are my rights under Australian Consumer Law?
This policy does not exclude your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
